Refund and Returns Policy
We always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. On the very rare occasion that things don’t go quite as planned please read our refund policies.
MASTERCLASS & WORKSHOP CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation by the Participant
1.1 Once a course is booked they cannot be cancelled unless we are able to fill your place with another another Participant.
1.2 We will do our upmost to find a replacement from our waiting list. If we are unable to fill your place, no refund will be issued. If we secure a replacement a full refund will be issued.
1.3 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
Non-Attendance
1.4 No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for non-attendance due to illness, travel disruption, or any other reasons beyond your control.
1.5 You may transfer your booking to another Participant if you are unable to attend, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the Course. Transfers are subject to our approval.
Cancellation by The Waldron
1.6 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Course. In the event of cancellation or significant rescheduling, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future Course.
1.7 If we need to cancel the Course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, illness of the tutor), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.
REFUND POLICY FOR THE WALDRON GALLERY
At The Waldron Gallery, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of handmade ceramics, we are unable to offer refunds on items for reasons other than damage during delivery.
Damaged Goods:
If your purchased ceramic item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. To initiate the refund or replacement process, we kindly ask that you send us photos of the damaged item along with the packaging. This will help us assess the damage and proceed with a refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you. The damaged item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement to be processed.
Conditions for Refund:
- Refunds are only applicable if the item is damaged during transit.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Refundable Conditions:
As each piece of ceramic art is unique and handmade, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for other reasons, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance once delivered.
