With your own dedicated tutor, you’ll have the freedom to explore wheel throwing, hand building, or even a mix of both, making it a uniquely personal experience tailored to your interests and skill levels.
Your Day
The experience begins with a warm welcome, tea, coffee and biscuits as you settle into the relaxed studio environment. Together, you’ll choose whether to focus on creating hand-built forms like bowls or mugs using slab and coil techniques or to explore the art of wheel throwing, learning to centre, throw and shape clay. Your tutor will guide and support you every step of the way, ensuring a fun discovery experience.
At the end of your session, you’ll select one or two pieces each to be glazed and fired, ready to collect or have delivered (additional shipping fees apply).
With all materials, tools, refreshments, and expert instruction provided, this intimate pottery experience offers the perfect opportunity to bond, create, and make lasting memories together.
