How do I book a class or masterclass?
All bookings are done online through our website. Once booked, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Nearer to the time of your Masterclass you’ll receive a follow up email with all the details you need, including timings, more details of your session and anything you may need to bring. Our classes are popular and can fill up quickly, so we advise booking early to secure your spot.
What should I bring to my masterclass?
In the weeks leading up to your masterclass you’ll receive an email with everything you need to know. In most case we will provide all the necessary materials and equipment. We do ask that you bring your own apron and a small hand towel. If you have personal tools that you prefer to use, you are of course welcome to bring them. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting messy.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my booking?
We regret that we are unable to offer automatic refunds on masterclass bookings due to the significant planning and preparation involved in organising these events. Each masterclass requires careful coordination with our visiting artists, who often travel to join us and commit their time and expertise in advance. Additionally, class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure a high-quality, personalised experience, meaning that every booking is vital to the success of the event.
If you are no longer able to make it, please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to find a replacement for you from our waiting lists. If we can find a replacement, we will of course be happy to offer a refund.
What happens if the class I want is fully booked?
If a class is full, you can join our waiting list. Should a space become available, we’ll contact you on a first-come, first-served basis to offer you the place.
What is the age requirement for workshops?
Our masterclasses and workshops are generally suitable for adults aged 18 and over. Some sessions may allow participants aged 16 and above, but this will be specified in the event details.
Can I book a private session or group event?
