Your Day
The experience begins with a warm welcome, tea, and coffee, as you settle into the tranquil studio environment. Together, you’ll choose whether to focus on creating hand-built forms like bowls or mugs using slab and coil techniques or to explore the art of wheel throwing, learning to centre and shape clay into vessels. Your tutor will guide and support you every step of the way, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable day of discovery.
A delicious home-cooked lunch offers a moment to pause, reflect on your progress, and soak in the inspiration of the gallery space. The afternoon continues with more time to refine your creations, giving you ample opportunity to bring your ideas to life. At the end of the day, you’ll select one or two pieces each to be glazed and fired, ready to collect or have delivered (additional shipping fees apply).
